Focus on your business
From supplier coordination to final delivery, I act as your single operational point of contact — one person holding together the suppliers, carriers and paperwork that nobody in a small team has time to chase.

How I work
A practical operating layer between your suppliers, freight partners and internal team.
Requirements and timelines reviewed.
Production and readiness monitored.
Routes, carriers and rates selected.
Export and customs documents checked.
Ocean, air or road movement managed.
Clearance and local requirements handled.
Goods delivered on time and monitored.
Costs and performance continuously improved.
Freight expertise
I am not tied to one carrier or one solution. Every route is evaluated according to cost, timing, reliability and your commercial priorities.
FCL and LCL planning, rate sourcing, carrier selection and booking management.
Time-critical and high-value cargo with tailored routing and cost control.
European FTL and LTL solutions, first-mile and final-mile coordination.
Integrated solutions built around the shipment rather than the transport mode.
Trade lanes
My strongest lane is Europe to Australia, supported by direct operational experience in both markets. I also manage shipments to and from the United States, the Middle East and other international destinations.
Working together
How much of the function you hand over is up to you. Scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing before any work starts.
The businesses I work with rarely look alike. What they share is a shape, not a sector.
Furniture and design importers are where I have worked longest, but the pattern repeats in wine and food, lighting, stone and ceramics, fashion, and machinery parts. If three of the four lines above describe you, we should talk.
For importers who suspect they are overpaying across a spread of suppliers, but cannot prove it.
Scope One-off engagement, fixed duration
For small teams handling too many suppliers with nobody assigned to logistics.
Scope Ongoing, agreed shipment volume
For owners who want inbound freight off their desk entirely.
Scope Ongoing, the full logistics function
How it is billed
Three ways to structure the fee. We pick the one that fits your volume and how predictable it is — and it is fixed in writing before the first shipment.

About me
Founder & Logistics Manager
I have more than ten years of operational and managerial experience in international logistics across Italy, the United Kingdom and Australia. Today I support companies that import and export as their outsourced logistics department.
I work directly with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams to make sure every shipment moves with the right balance of cost, speed and reliability.
